At The Softest Batch Bakery, we bake in small batches and use the finest quality ingredients. We exclusively use pasture raised organic eggs, real butter, pure vanilla extract, superior chocolate, and unbleached flour, because quality always comes first here. No shortcuts, no substitutions. How do I place an order?
You can conveniently use our website to place an order. If you prefer to use cash or Venmo, we also have a contact form below that you can use to reach out.
How far in advance should I order?
Because everything is made fresh and in small batches, orders will be fulfilled on Friday of each week. To ensure that we have your order freshly made and ready for the Friday of that particular week, we kindly ask that you finish placing your order by Wednesday night at 11:59 pm. If you miss the deadline, your order will be fulfilled the following week.
For custom cookie cakes and large orders, you can select the day you would like your order to be fulfilled. Please contact us ahead of time to confirm we can make that day happen.
How do I receive my order?
Pickup or delivery! We currently offer complimentary delivery within Pawleys Island, as well as delivery for a fee within Murrell’s Inlet, Surfside, and the greater Grand Strand area. We also have a pop-up location for pickup on Fridays at Gilbert’s Ice Cream Shop in Pawleys Island.
What if I need my order sooner, or on a different day?
We do offer rush order delivery for the day and time of your choice for a $30 fee. Please give us a shout before checkout so we can discuss when you need your order, as a certain day and time may not be available.
Is there a minimum amount I have to order?
No! We're just glad you’re here.
I have a huge order I need to place. How much time do you need in advance?
Since everything is made in small batches, we kindly request that you give us at least a week for orders that are more than 50+ treats.
Do you offer anything else besides cookies?
Yes! We will be frequently changing up our menu, so be sure to grab what you can!
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Since we are not a dedicated gluten-free facility, we cannot offer true gluten-free products, which are guaranteed to be free of all possible allergens. Any products that we might offer that use gluten-free ingredients will be labeled as gluten friendly, but never classified as gluten-free.
I accidentally ordered the wrong thing! What do I do?
No worries. We can get that fixed for you as long as you contact us ASAP. Just send us an email or use the contact form and we will get it resolved.
Do you offer discounts?
We have the utmost respect for military, first responders, medical professionals and school teachers, who all provide for our country and our community. We offer a 10% discount for those who are a part of these fundamental groups as a sincere form of gratitude. Kindly use the contact form to get in touch with us about this discount.
What is your refund policy?
Since each order is baked fresh for you, all sales are final. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours so we can make it right.
